Cooperation
ecoDa is committed to strengthening cooperation among its member institutes and to sharing knowledge and best practices.
— Partnership
Cooperation is a key strategic pillar
ecoDa believes in building on the achievements of its member institutes and fostering cross-institute interaction to deliver greater value, both for the institutes and for ecoDa as a whole.
— High-level dialogue
The CEO Network
To advance the cooperation goal, ecoDa established the CEO Network, bringing together the CEOs of its national member institutes to exchange knowledge and develop joint projects. Its purpose is to facilitate high-level dialogue among institute leaders on corporate governance trends, their business models, and the main challenges faced by member institutes.
The CEO Network is led on a rotating basis by one national institute. It is currently under the leadership of the French IFA.
This ongoing dialogue can, on a project-by-project basis, translate into joint initiatives.
From time to time, the CEO Network also develops specific events that are open to individual board members.
Cross Membership Convention
The cooperation dimension also extends to opportunities for individual board members to join more than one national institute.
The Cross-Membership Convention allows a board member affiliated with one member institute to join another member institute at a reduced fee.
The Convention aims to strengthen the European network of board members by giving directors greater opportunities to expand their networks and deepen their knowledge of good governance practices beyond their own jurisdiction. At the same time, it gives ecoDa’s member institutes access to a broader membership base.
