Arthur Hol

A Law graduate of the University of Milan. Gained a Master of Laws (LL.M) at the Law School of the University of Chicago, Chicago (USA). She has a PhD in Commercial Law from the Bocconi University Business School. Stabilini has been on the Milan Register of Lawyers since 2001. Research fellow in commercial law at the Law School of the University of Milan, appointed to the role in 2004 and confirmed in 2007.

From 2011 to 2017 she has been an Adjunct Professor and in charge of the course on International Corporate Governance (until the academic year 2015/2016), then for the course of Corporate Interest, Corporate Social Responsibility and Financial Reporting (from the academic year 2016/2017). Equity partner of Nctm Studio Legale Associato from 2015 (from 2011 to 2015 Of Counsel, previously an Associate).

Areas of specialist activity: company law with special reference to listed companies, financial market law, governing and banking regulations and banking crises.

Vice-Chairman of NED Community. She has held the posts of independent director and auditor in various listed and unlisted companies. She holds positions in financial intermediary crisis procedures, appointed by Banca d’Italia.

Rytis Ambrazevičius

Mr Rytis Ambrazevičius has 20 years of experience in top management positions at international and local companies, including Omnitel (part of TeliaSonera Group), Mandatum Life Baltics, Sampo Life, Falck Security (now G4S) and SBA Group. For the last 10 years, he held different positions in the boards of directors and currently is an independent board member at Klaipėdos nafta. Rytis graduated from Kaunas Technology University and International Business School at Vilnius University. He is also a graduate of the BICG, having completed professional board member education in 2012 and chairperson education in 2013.

Béatrice Richez-Baum

Dr. Béatrice Richez-Baum is a Doctor in Law specialized in European Law. She completed also training at the Paris Bar School. Having completed her Ph. D. thesis on international Trade and European Law, in 1999, Dr. Béatrice started her career as a legal expert for the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry after few experiences in Brussels in the lobbying sector including the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe and the European Economic and Social Committee.

Dr. Béatrice Richez-Baum was appointed as Secretary General of ecoDa at the creation of the confederation in March 2005 and was appointed as Director General in September 2017. She has been able to raise ecoDa’s profile by advocating the interests of European board members, and by developing close working relationships with the EU institutions and European peer organisations.
