Letter to board members – Omnibus Regulation

Following the Omnibus Regulation issued last week, which impacts the CSRD and the CS3D, ecoDa invites individual directors, through its member institutes, to continue their efforts on sustainability voluntarily, even if their companies fall outside the scope of the CSRD. A gradual approach based on double materiality assessment is recommended.
