The European Board Diploma
A unique programme designed for European board members by senior European board members.
The ecoDa programme is designed as an add-on to the national education programmes.
Why this programme ?
At a time when boards’ duties are increasing and corporate governance challenges ever evolving, ecoDa has designed its European Board Diploma as a tool to stimulate collective intelligence and equip board members with the necessary knowledge and behavior to succeed in their roles.
This programme conceived as an eye-opener and a peer learning experience supplemented by real case studies constitutes a source of inspiration and a roadmap to strive for excellence.

The Programme
Main learning objectives of ecoDa’s European Diploma:
- Understanding the key features of European Corporate Governance models;
- Getting input on how to reshape/reinvent business models at a time of evolving challenges and expectations;
- Understanding requirements, good practice and pitfalls in sustainability governance;
- Making your organization more innovative, understanding how to make new constraints a framework conducive to value creation ;
- Being able to implement new European requirements while benefiting from European best practices.
Current session (Fall 24): Few seats still available
30th of September, 1st and 7th of October (central base)
and 18th, 23rd and 25th of October (for the optional module(s) to be chosen)
Upcoming session (Winter 24):
14th, 15th, and 21st of November (central base)
For the optional modules, join either the 2024 fall edition or the 2025 spring edition
Upcoming session (Spring 25):
13th, 14th, and 20th of March (central base)
and 28th of March, and 4th and 11th of April (for the optional module(s) to be chosen)

One mandatory module is included in the price. A decreasing rate will apply if the participant wishes to attend multiple opt-in modules: a second optional module costs €700 and a third €500. It is also possible to only choose one optional module at the price of €1000.
The programme fee covers tuition, course, materials, lunches and coffee breaks. It does not include travel costs and accommodation. To be paid by bank transfer only (please note that we do not accept cheques).
