ecoDa’s reaction to the second Consultation on Shareholders’ rights

In the light of the responses to the first 2004 consultation, the Services of the Internal Market Directorate General have decided to launch a second public consultation. The objective of this consultation was to prompt comments on specific potential follow-up measures in the areas covered by the first consultation document, with a special emphasis on cross-border voting.
